During next season’s premiere of “The Bachelor,” Jake Pavelka will be seeking help from the woman who rejected him on another show.
Former Bachelorette Jillian Harris, alongside her fiancè (and formal rival of Pavelka’s) Ed Swiderski, will make an appearance to help the 31-year-old pilot from Dallas decide who among the 25 initial contestants gets to stay on the show -- and ultimately conquer his heart.
“Just as the women think it's time for the Bachelor to hand out the coveted first impression rose, Chris announces a twist: the ladies not only must impress Jake, but also last season's happy couple - Jillian and Ed," ABC announced.
But that’s not the only surprise come Jan. 4, when the show will air.
“[T]he happy couple will share a special announcement with Jake," ABC stated in a press release.
Can anyone hear wedding bells?
Harris ultimately went for Ed, and the Chicago couple is now happily living together.
