Olympian Johnny Weir to Host “Skating With the Stars”

"Skating With the Stars" just landed a ringer.

Johnny Weir, the flamboyant and outspoken Olympic figure skater, has agreed to join the cast of the new ABC reality show, reports New York magazine.

The show, modeled after the hugely successful "Dancing With the Stars," will feature Weir, alongside choreographer Laurieann Gibson - known for her work with Lady Gaga - and Dick Button, a skating analyst and former Olympian, as the judges panel. They will evaluate the moves of celebs like Bethenny Frankel from "The Real Housewives of New York City," former Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil and actress Sean Young of "No Way Out" fame.

"Skating With the Stars" marks Weir's second foray into reality television. In January, the Sundance Channel aired "Be Good Johnny Weir," a documentary series that followed his training in advance of the Winter Olympics.

The premiere of "Skating With the Stars" will air November 22 at 9 p.m. on ABC.
