“The Voice” Recap: Top 8 Revealed

Even after Monday night's mighty mentorship from Diana Ross, Clive Davis, Colbie Caillat, Christina Aguilera and Fall Out Boy's Patrick Stump, two more singers were sent home on "The Voice."

Ahead of the elimination announcement were two group performances — Coach Adam Levine took the stage with his team for Billy Joel's "Only the Good Die Young," Coach Pharrell Williams delivered Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World" with his singers — and one solo from Taylor Swift, who shared her new single "Blank Space."

Finding themselves in the bottom three at the end of the evening were Team Gwen Stefani's Anita Antoinette and Ryan Sill, and Team Blake Shelton's 16-year-old powerhouse Reagan James.

Challenged to perform for the televised-audience-generated #InstantSave, Antoinette delivered Jason Mraz's "The Remedy," James tackled Nelly Furtado's "I'm Like a Bird," and Sill opted for the Howie Day hit "Collide."

In a repeat of last week's elimination, Sill was saved by the audience vote once again.

That leaves Team Pharrell's DaNica Shirey as the sole female singer in the Top 8 and Team Blake with only one artist remaining: Craig Wayne Boyd. Team Adam has not had to witness one of its members languishing in the bottom three as yet.
