Jimmy Kimmel Wears Rainbow Mork Suspenders in Honor of Robin Williams, Takes Metro to the Emmys

Who needs limousines when public transportation exists?

Jimmy Kimmel headed to the 2014 Emmy Awards Monday afternoon by taking the Los Angeles Metro.

Joined by his wife, Molly McNearney, the late-night host packed his Metro card and headed underground in hopes of arriving at the Nokia Theatre just in time for the show.

"On our way to the #Emmys UNDERGROUND," he Instagrammed. "Blue line to #Emmys #Mork"

In addition to his classy tuxedo and black bow-tie, Kimmel showed off his bright, colorful suspenders in honor of Robin Williams' character in "Mork and Mindy." The Emmys are expected to pay tribute to the late actor and comedian in tonight's show.

Although Kimmel looks handsome as ever, we can't help but applaud his wife who looks fabulous after giving birth.

The funny couple welcomed their first daughter, Jane Kimmel, on July 10.

"Thanks for all your kind baby wishes," he shared last month. "Turns out, not ALL tweets are mean!"

Kimmel may have another reason to celebrate tonight. The late-night host is nominated for Best Variety Series thanks to his show, "Jimmy Kimmel Live."
