WATCH: Cameron Diaz, Jimmy Fallon Race Kayaks on “The Tonight Show”

The pair raced kayaks through an obstacle course with a cranky fisherman, dancing panda and an Elton John impersonator.

On Tuesday’s episode of “The Tonight Show,” Cameron Diaz and Jimmy Fallon raced through the studio in kayaks while avoiding crazy obstacles.

But before the action, the “Sex Tape” star talked about “The Body Book,” a health and fitness tome she penned with writer Sandra Bark. Released late last year, the New York Times bestseller provides health and beauty tips while promoting self-acceptance.

“It really matters to me that people are healthy and I thought, you can’t do that if you don’t have the information,” Diaz said. “People come up to me all the time and it so gratifying, they tell me ‘this really helped me’.”

The 41-year-old also revealed that she will soon begin writing another book with Bark about the biology of aging.

Finally, Diaz and Fallon furiously raced kayaks through an obstacle course with a cranky fisherman, dancing panda and an Elton John impersonator.
