Blac Chyna Files ‘Slut Shaming' Lawsuit Against Entire Kardashian Clan

The suit says Rob Kardashian is an "abuser intent on destroying (Chyna)"

Rob Kardashian's ex-fiancé filed a lawsuit Tuesday against him and his entire family for allegedly damaging her brand by "slut-shaming her on social media."

Blac Chyna's Los Angeles Superior Court lawsuit alleges assault, battery, distribution of private materials, domestic violence, harassment, intrusion into private affairs, false light invasion of privacy and defamation.

Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, names Rob, his mother Kris Jenner and sisters Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner.

A representative for the Kardashians could not be immediately reached for comment.

Chyna, 29, accuses Rob Kardashian of physical abuse, claiming that when she tried to call Tyga — the father of her 5-year-old son and Kylie Jenner's former flame — Rob "immediately grabbed the phone from her hand and violently knocked her to the ground where she landed on her hands and knees."

She also alleges her reputation was damaged after Kardashian shared graphic content about her, including three nude photos, on social media.

"Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying (Chyna), the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016," the suit states.

The former couple has an 11-month-old daughter.

In retaliation for the breakup, Rob Kardashian began "slut-shaming her on social media," the suit states.

The suit alleges the Kardashians are a "powerful, vindictive family" who have "done enough damage to (Chyna's) career and professional reputation, which she single-handedly built from scratch."
