In 1999, the film "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" asked a memorable question in song – "What would Brian Boitano do?"

Now, the former Olympic figure skater is answering with a new TV show. But it's not what he'd do – it's what he'd cook.

The star will show off his culinary athletics in the new daytime series "What Would Brian Boitano Make?" which premieres on Sunday, August 23 on Food Network.

But it won't just be another kitchen-based show – Brian will be cooking for an all-girl roller derby squad and playing matchmaker for a friend, among other promised "unpredictable" antics, according to the network. He'll also serve up such dishes as chicken paella burgers, pear and almond crostata, crab and avocado crostini and bourbon bacon apple tarts.
