A disgraced money manager has sued Martin Scorsese for $600,000 for what the jailed financier says are unpaid accounting bills.

Kenneth Starr, who shares his name with the former special prosecutor who investigated Bill Clinton, managed the acclaimed director's money from 2006 to 2010. Starr, who has been charged with defrauding high-profile clients including Uma Thurman and Al Pacino of nearly $60 million, says Scorsese never paid his fee of five percent of earned income. The suit was filed in New York State Supreme court.

Starr, 66, ran a company that managed more than $700 million for nearly 200 wealthy individuals.
