Like father like son?
Actor Nick Nolte’s 23-year-old son Brawley was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence Tuesday afternoon, Santa Monica cops said.
Brawley Nolte, who played Mel Gibson’s kidnapped son in the 1996 film “Ransom,” was driving north on Southern California’s Pacific Coast Highway when his car made a lane change and hit another vehicle, Sgt. Jay Trisler told The Associated Press.
Trisler said the actor was arrested after taking a series of sobriety tests. He was later freed on $5,000 bail.
In 2002, Nolte’s famous dad, Nick, pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of drugs.
The booking photo stemming from that arrest has made more than a few best of -- or worst -- lists of all time.
