Heidi Montag Wants Implants Out

Says plastic surgery "ruined my life and marriage"

Heidi Montag wants to downsize.

One week after the death of the plastic surgeon that performed a marathon 10 procedures on her last Nov. 20, including jacking her breasts up to G-cups, the reality TV star says she's sick of them.

"I'm desperate to go back to normal," Montag, 23, told Life & Style magazine. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

It won't be Dr. Frank Ryan who performs this surgery. Ryan crashed his Jeep near Malibu while texting Aug. 18. But she says she has to go under the knife because she is in constant pain and can't exercise.

"I have major anxiety about it. I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way," Montag said. "I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs.

"It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life."

Ryan's handiwork didn't just transform her chest. Work on her face left her unrecognizable to loved ones and made her a poster child for excessive plastic surgery. Montag, who is getting divorced from hubby Spencer Pratt, seems to get it now.

"It ruined my life and marriage," she said.
