Paris Hilton Files Countersuit Against Hair Extension Company

Paris Hilton's twisted relationship with a hair extension company is about to experience a new kink.

The reality starlet is countersuing Hairtech International, which says that she violated her contract with the company when she was promoting their product, reports TMZ.

In a $3 million lawsuit filed in L.A. Superior Court, the heiress maintains that she was "professional and honorable" while under contract with the company. She even cited an e-mail from the company's CEO in which he said she "rocked" at a photo shoot.

Hairtech sued Hilton for $35 million last August for fraud and deceit, saying that she she wore competitors' product in ads and that she caused them to lose revenue when she went to jail in 2007 due to a parole violation, making her unable to attend promotional events.
