Who's the soda jerk?
Recently booted reality TV dad Jon Gosselin, who often gripes about his money woes, was probably looking to earn some extra coin when he spent an afternoon this weekend behind the counter of Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood where the establishment unveiled the octodad's custom shake: Jon's Crazy Eight Shake.
His very-public appearances come on the heels of his shocking attempt to halt production of TLC's "Kate Plus Eight," a spin-off of his family's wildly popular reality show featuring his children and estranged wife, Kate.
The divorcing dad said last week he thought the show was harmful for the kids and didn't want them filming during such a turbulent time in the family, he said on CNN's "Larry King Live" on Thursday.
"I don't want them to film anymore," he said on the show. "I don't think it's healthy for them. And the reason I don't think it's healthy for them is that we're going through a divorce right now. And I don't think it should be televised. And I think my kids should be taken off the show."
"I really have to be a father here. I can't be a kid anymore," he said. "I have to be a man."
