Courtney Love Pines for Daughter, Slams Spears Family

"Hole" singer tries to reach daughter on Facebook

Courtney Love has taken another e-swipe at the Spears family.

A few weeks after accusing Britney Spears’ father of having molested the pop star as a child, Love now writes on her Facebook page that she fears her own 17-year-old daughter Frances Bean Cobain might turn out like Britney’s sister, Usmagazine.com reports.

"id just prefer she not become Jaimie [sic] L Spears," Love wrote, referring to Jamie Lynn Spears, who gave birth to her daughter at age 17.

Earlier this week, a judge granted temporary custody of Frances to her grandmother. Love wrote in a typo-filled missive Wednesday that not being able to see her daughter has made her “miserable.”

"There's not a whole lot i can do about it," Love wrote. "This is like a hand grenade got thrown into our lives and it's not Frances!"

There was no word in the judge's three-page order about why the guardianship was changed, though Love’s lawyer said rumors of a possible drug relapse by the singer -- who has spent time in jail, on probation and under house arrest for past drug abuse-- were unfounded.

"i very much miss my daighter, i know she knows how miserable i am im despairing and so sad, so so sad, but i just want to help her be happy, thats it, get her house and get her school and thats all ive ever wanted," Love wrote.
