Miley Cyrus has a New Year’s surprise for one lucky fan. The tween star and MTV will ring in 2009 with a surprise concert at a fan’s house, Access Hollywood has learned.

According to an MTV rep, Miley will surprise the fan before spending the day hanging out with him or her and taking over a bedroom for the performance, which will also feature rock act Metro Station (Miley’s half-brother’s band).
