Lindsay Lohan Using Pre-Jail Time to Redo “Playboy” Shoot

The actress doesn't have to show up for her 30-day jail sentence until Nov. 9, but she'll be busy until then.

On Wednesday, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 30 days in jail for violating her probation, but she still has time to get squeeze in one last gig.

Since Judge Stephanie Sautner gave Lohan until Nov. 9 to surrender to prison, the 25-year-old actress has ample time to head back to the Playboy Mansion to redo her shoot for the magazine.

According to sources cited by E! Online, Playboy founder Hugh Hefner was not pleased with the results of Lohan's original shoot (which took place about a week before her Nov. 2 court date) and will use the time between now and the 9th to redo it all.

Lohan's mother, Dina, confirmed the story in an interview with The Insider, saying the new shoot will be "tastefully done." The magazine plans to run the cover story in either December or January depending on the length of Lohan's jail time.

Due to jail overcrowding in California, Lohan is only expected to serve a fraction of her 30-day sentence. Playboy is reportedly paying her $1 million for the magazine appearance.
