Michael Jackson's mother and the executors of his will may be headed into dangerous territory.  The former says the latter has been unresponsive to queries she's made about the state the estate.

Katherine Jackson filed court papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court Tuesday accusing the temporary administrators of the King of Pop's legacy of "keeping her in the dark," the Los Angeles Times reported.

Her lawyers have demanded that a judge order the executors to submit depositions and turn over numerous documents, including the contract for the comeback tour that never happened.

Judge Mitchell Beckloff added the request to a bucket of other issues that will be discussed in court on Monday -- such as permanent custody of Jackson's three children, who are currently in Katherine's care.

Her attorneys have said executors John Branca and John McClain have placed "cumbersome and unreasonable restrictions" on access to documents about Michael Jackson's estate, the Times reported.

Branca and McClain's lawyer denied that claim

"Nothing could be further from the truth," wrote lawyer Jeryll S. Cohen, according to the Times.
