6th Annual Fort Worth's Fourth Festival and Fireworks Show

Fort Worth’s Fourth is back and bigger than ever!

Fireworks, live music, water shows and more, brace yourself for one of the biggest Fourth of July fireworks displays in North Texas at Fort Worth's Fourth!!!

NBC 5 invites you to a free family event hosted on the banks of the Trinity River at Panther Island Pavilion, just behind downtown Fort Worth. The celebration starts at 2:00 p.m. on July 4th with free activities for all.

There will be live music from cover bands such as Downtown Fever and Petty Theft. Vendors will be selling food, soda and beer as well as providing free water for everyone. There will be activities for all ages including jet ski shows, tubing, pony rides, miniature golf, bounce houses, plus much more and of course the annual spectacular firework show!

The 2013 celebration is a very special occasion for Fort Worth! Nagaoka Mayor Mori and Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price will be joining the celebration ceremony of the 25th anniversary of Fort Worth International Sister Cities which is partnered with Nagaoka, Japan. Half of the fireworks for the show are being donated by the City of Nagaoka. This is very special as Nagaoka is known for producing some of the world’s most impressive fireworks. They’re ready to bring that legacy to Fort Worth. In addition, to the fireworks donation, half of the show will be set to music and choreographed by our Japanese friends. It is guaranteed to be one of the biggest and best in North Texas.
