Britney Spears' dad Jamie will be ruling the roost indefinitely.
Court papers filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court make it official, Jamie Spears has permanent legal conservatorship over Britney's estate.
The move comes almost a year after Jamie Spears was appointed co-conservator over Britney's legal, financial and personal affairs and four months after a judge granted the elder Spears control.
Documents acquired by "Access Hollywood" report Jamie Spears has full power over who visits or befriends his daughter and that Britney "is substantially unable to manage… her financial resources or to resist fraud and undue influence."
