SAD GOODBYE: Right on the heels of our festive Uptown shopping trip, Routh Street gem Kacky & Carl has decided to close its doors. Co-owner Lisa Barnes cites both personal and professional reasons for the announcement, but the silver lining is that just about everything in the store is now on sale. Discounts start at 40%, and Barnes says merchandise is practically flying out the door.
