I was shocked today when Jon Gruden was fired by Tampa Bay. That makes three Super Bowl coaches that are unemployed: Bill Cowher, Mike Shanahan, and Gruden.
With Jason Garrett the front-runner in St. Louis to be the head coach, have a plan in place to bring in Gruden as the offensive coordinator and assistant head coach. That way when Wade underachieves again this year, Gruden can take over in 2010.
