White Sox Announce Rotation

We've known for quite some time now that Colby Lewis will be the Opening Day starter for the Texas Rangers on April 6 when they host the Chicago White Sox. On Monday, we learned who Lewis will square off against as the White Sox tabbed former Rangers farmhand John Danks as the team's Opening Day starter.

The White Sox also announced the next two guys in their rotation who will face the Rangers as Jake Peavy will start Saturday's game and Gavin Floyd will start Sunday's.

It can be safely assumed that the Rangers will run Derek Holland out for Game 2 and Yu Darvish for Game 3, though that could possibly be flip-flopped.

Last season against the Rangers, Floyd went 1-1 with a 0.64 ERA in two starts. Danks was 0-1 with a 3.83 ERA in three starts and Peavy went 0-1 with a 9.00 ERA in two starts.
