With about one month of baseball to be played in the regular season, the Texas Rangers are gearing up for the postseason.
Beginning at noon Tuesday and running through noon Friday, fans can go to texasrangers.com/opportunity and register for the opportunity to purchase up to four tickets for one of the three possible 2011 American League Division Series games.
After registering, randomly selected fans will be given the opportunity to have first crack at an online presale.
Those selected will be notified by 5 p.m. on Sept. 13 and tickets must be bought on Sept. 14.
According to the Rangers, the team is expected to make a very limited number of reserved seats, obstructed view seating, and standing room only tickets available for possible 2011 ALDS games at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. Those tickets will be available for purchase beginning at 9 a.m., Sept. 17.
Individuals may purchase a maximum of four tickets for one of the three possible ALDS games at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington in this on-sale.
The 2011 American League Division Series is scheduled from Sept. 30 to Oct, 6.
