Dozens of Texas Rangers fans left Globe Life Park angry Sunday after some confusion over their tickets.

Fans who purchased tickets on the Rangers website, before the team clinched a spot in the American League Division Series, thought they bought tickets for Game Three.

The tickets said "Home Game Three. Time and Date TBD."

"They say this is game three of the home stand, but there will be no game three in Texas," said Brent Holme, a Rangers fan who drove to Arlington from Austin for the game. "It's terribly frustrating."

The Rangers ticket office said fans who purchased tickets for "Home Game Three" will get refunds.

"We and other fans left with our hearts breaking knowing now that we wouldn't be able to watch our favorite team," said Rangers fan Laura Hall. "We have two kids in the back of our SUV crying because their playoff experience has been ruined."

Fans said prior notification would have been helpful.

"They've had a whole week to let us know not to come and refund our money," said Holme. "We've not had our money refunded yet and they didn't let us know not to drive up here."
