The Texas Rangers acquired three international signing slots in a three-team Wednesday night.

The Miami Marlins acquired Jeff Francoeur — the only major leaguer involved in the trade — from the Atlanta Braves. Atlanta received minor league shortstop Dylan Moore from Texas and catcher Matt Foley from Miami.

The Rangers obtained two international signing slots from Miami and one from Atlanta, which will allow the team to spend more on international free agents.
