Ogado Returns from Paternity Leave

The Texas Rangers reinstated right-hander Alexi Ogando from the paternity leave list just in time to make Tuesday night's start against the Seattle Mariners.

Utility infielder Andres Blanco went on the 15-day disabled list with lower back inflammation to create a roster spot for Ogando.

Ogando went on paternity leave Saturday to travel to the Dominican Republic after the birth of his child.

Blanco was also on the 15-day disabled list July 7-30 with a stress reaction in his lower back.
