Odor Looking to Rebound Upon Return

Rougned Odor was one of the Rangers' best players for much of the first two months of the season.

Then came the incidents of May 15.

That's when Odor decked Jose Bautista in the jaw, igniting a benches clearing brawl unlike many we've seen in baseball. He was served with an eight-game suspension that was eventually reduced to seven after appeal, but in the meantime he was playing and it didn't go well.

Odor had 33 at-bats from the time of the fight and collected five hits with just one double and four RBIs over eight games. He did have a nice game in his final game before the suspension began, and now he's set to return on Saturday.

If the Rangers want to continue this positive ride they've been on with Jurickson Profar playing for Odor, they'll need Odor to get back to his pre-fight level of play.
