Josh Hamilton's wife, Katie, gave birth to the couple's third child Friday.
Stella Faith was born about 30 minutes before the Texas Rangers' game against the Oakland A's started at the Ballpark.
This is the fourth child in the Hamilton household. The Hamiltons have two daughters, Sierra and Michaela, and Josh is the stepfather to Katie's daughter Julia.
Josh Hamilton was scratched from Friday night's lineup to be with his wife.
