Speaking from experience, we can tell you that bulgogi is delicious. Call it a Korean version of fajitas if you'd like. It's really great. And apparently new Texas Rangers outfielder Shin-Soo Choo agrees wholeheartedly.
The new Rangers leadoff man is in a new ad campaign, not for a brand or a specific restaurant, but just the Korean dish known as bulgogi. Go ahead, see for yourself.
Nolan Ryan has his own brand of beef, which still sponsors Dollar Hot Dog days at the ballpark, but this is different. No brand. Just meat, and judging by the picture in the ad, Choo is very happy to eat it.
So do Shin-Soo Choo a favor, find a local Korean joint (I suggest Le Bistro Bangkok in Flower Mound, when it's on their menu), and go eat yourself some bulgogi. Choo will appreciate it. And so will you.
