After the Rangers surprised the baseball world with an American League West championship in 2015, their manager made it clear: he is far from satisfied.

"We challenged our guys after the last game last year," Jeff Banister said. "Don't become complacent. And that's a challenge when everyone goes their own way, because everyone becomes their own individual."

Rangers pitchers and catchers reported to the team's Spring Training facility Thursday, with positional players scheduled to arrive by next Wednesday.
