Conan O'Brien Juggles Comedy with Movie and Hosting Talks

Bad news for Conan O'Brien's Twitter following -- his schedule is filling up with talks of a movie around his upcoming comedy tour and a Fox television show.

The beloved Coco is going from interviewing squirrels in his backyard, as he joked on Twitter, to his rightful role as busiest comic alive.

The movie news: Deadline Hollywood reports that talks are underway for a documentary feature chronicling O’Brien’s 30-city live comedy/music revue, which is called “The Legally Prohibited From Being Funny on Television Tour.” The movie would not violate Conan's severance package from NBC.

Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Times is reporting that Fox Broadcast is "inching closer" to bringing Conan O'Brien back to late night.

The interest for a Conan/Fox show goes as high up as head honcho Rupert Murdoch, who is reportedly hoping to finalize a deal in the upcoming weeks to make the big news when the networks unveil its fall lineups on May 17.

"We'll get there," one of Conan's people told the Times.
