Update: Analeigh Tipton Joining Julianne Moore, Steve Carell in “Stupid, Crazy Love”

Update: In addition to the news that Julianne Moore is set to star in "Stupid, Crazy Love," former "America's Next Top Model" contestant Analeigh Tipton will be getting on board as well, reported Variety.

And our lazy, half-hearted guess at the plot was mercifully dead wrong. Emma Stone will play Carell's daughter, with Moore in the role of his ex-wife.

An eagle-eyed movie fan has spotted a photo caption that suggests that Julianne Moore is set to star in an upcoming Steve Carell film, "Stupid, Crazy Love."

"Last night's 'Date Night' premiere: Steve Carell's next project? A non-comedy with Ryan Gosling and Julianne Moore!" reads the caption on a Hollywood 411 Facebook photo brought to the attention of The Playlist.

As much as we love the addition of Moore to an already loaded cast, the news has to be considered at least mildly suspect, as this is the first mention we've seen anywhere that "Stupid, Crazy Love" is not a comedy. Maybe it's a typo, maybe the whole thing is nonsense, maybe Gosling and Carell are doing two films together.

In any event, previous reports have Carell playing a sad sack who gets dumped by his wife and then gets schooled in the ways of womanizing by Gosling, with Emma Stone in the mix.

If we had to guess, Stone will teach Gosling some valuable lessons about life and love, while Moore will end up with Carell, but only after he convinces her that, yes, he originally was just trying to sleep with her, but he really does love her.

We'll still watch it, even if we do know how it ends.
