I admit - I am not a huge Halloween fan <gasp!>
I don't go to an annual costume party, I don't decorate the house, and I definitely don't buy Halloween merchandise. I do, however, keep the porch light on & greet Trick-or-Treaters with candy. For my home, that's festive enough!
I grew up making my own Halloween costume, we never had fancy store-bought costumes ready to wear. I was a janitor in high school - for Halloween, that is. I had a friend who came as mashed potatoes & his buddy joined him as the gravy. I went through a glamour phase, a grunge phase, a high maintence trendy phase...and with every phase came a new creative costume.
But enough about me...for now.
