Warren Buffett has mastered the art of real estate investing. The businessman and philanthropist easily sold his Laguna Beach spread in 2005 for $5.45 million. For the current owners, however, unloading the house has been anything but easy. Buffett's former ocean view pad was originally listed in March 2009 for $6.495 million and is currently for sale at a discount for $4.995 million. View the listing.
