Long before the terms "eco-friendly," "sustainable," and "green" were popularized there was this house. Once owned by Ronald and Nancy Reagan, this home in Pacific Palisades was constructed to be environmentally friendly. According to Curbed, the pad recently hit the market for $4.999 million.
