Mel Gibson's Malibu compound aka Lavender Hill Farm just sold for $9.26 million, reports Curbed. It's been a long real estate road for Gibson who first listed the property in March 2010 for $14.5 million. Gibson lived here with his ex-wife, Robyn in their happier days together.
