It looks like Chris Brown has scored some sweet new digs after vacating his West Hollywood condo earlier this month after reportedly pissing off his neighbors with loud parties, vandalism and dog racing in the condo building's hallways. The R&B singer-songwriter's new swanky bachelor pad set Brown back about $1.5 million, but at least it's isolated enough where he can throw as many loud ragers and race as many dogs as he pleases, without ticked off neighbors getting in his way.
