The longtime Beverly Hills Post Office pad of the late comedian, game show host and announcer Ed McMahon has finally sold for $3.475 million in an all cash deal, reports the Los Angeles Times. McMahon, who had been mainly out of the spotlight prior to his death in 2009, hit the headlines in 2008 when it was reported that he defaulted on his $4.8 million mortgage.
