$18.9M for the Home Where the Spice Girls Were Born

Los Angeles' posh Bel Air neighborhood is known for attracting A-listers and this mansion, on the market for $18.9 million, is no exception. Curbed points out that the pricey property is owned by EMI's former prez, Ken Berry and his wife, former EMI vice chairman, Nancy Berry. The six-bedroom pad is where five young Brits (who would later be known as the Spice Girls) met and "choreographed their way toward a record contract," according to The Wall Street Journal.
