The last sports passion I have is Carolina basketball.
I'm still a Dallas Cowboys fan, but once you cover it and get as close as I have, you never see it the same way.
I love Tar Heel basketball. I was so happy they won the 2009 NCAA title over Michigan State Monday night in Detroit. They were the best team all year long and proved it.
President Barack Obama put a bulls-eye on them when he picked them in his NCAA bracket, but as I said, those who know hoops said they were the best team in the land when the season started.
Roy Williams has won as many national titles as the legend and his mentor Dean Smith.
