Lone Star Park Open Despite Swine Flu For Kentucky Derby

Every year Lone Star Park has a great event for the Kentucky Derby weekend.  If you are worried about the swine flu they have issued the following release:

Swine Flu Statement from Lone Star Park President and GM Drew Shubeck:

“Lone Star Park will be open this weekend with our normal racing schedule including Kentucky Derby Day on Saturday, in accordance with the latest advice from local, public health officials.

The health of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance to us and we are taking all necessary measures to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience at Lone Star Park.

We will continue to monitor the latest information and will respond with actions that have the best interests of our customers and employees in mind.”
