I have always looked at Dodgers skipper Joe Torre as a future Hall of Famer and a classy man.
Pure class.
A classy man like Torre should not be out pimping a tell all book about his days as a 4-time World Series winning manager of the New York Yankees.
Joe's airing Alex Rodgriguez' issues, his problems with Yankee management, etc. Say it ain't so Joe. Leave it in the clubhouse. You are better than that.
Torre wrote the book, The Yankee Years, with SI's Tom Verducci. Here's an excerpt.
Verducci says the book is not a rip job and explains himself here.
