Robinson Returns To Practice

WR Laurent Robinson is dealing with an injury to his shoulder

From Valley Ranch, yet more good news for the Cowboys on the injury front.

Per ESPN Dallas, wide receiver Laurent Robinson returned to practice on Friday after missing most of the week with a shoulder injury, suffered in last Sunday’s overtime loss to the Cardinals in Arizona. Robinson was forced to retire to the locker room after he was tackled by Darnell Dockett and landed awkwardly on his right side, but he was able to finish the game.

Robinson finished that game with 72 yards on four catches, but for the first time in five games, he did not record a touchdown reception.

Robinson’s return will no doubt help the Cowboys’ passing game, which got an additional boost this week with the return of Miles Austin. Austin has missed the team’s past four games with a hamstring injury, but is expected to be available for Sunday night’s matchup with the Giants in Arlington.
