Cardinals QB Next to Face Dallas D

Matt Moore became a sort of cult figure in Dallas when he was toiling along on the Cowboys practice squad a few years ago. But let's be real, Matt Moore is just Matt Moore.

We don't even have to talk about Rex Grossman. He's just not that good.

Yet, both quarterbacks were able to have big statistical days against the Dallas Cowboys defense despite losing the game.

Moore threw for 288 yards and a long touchdown pass to Brandon Marshall against the Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day.

Grossman threw for 292 yards and two touchdowns against the Cowboys two weeks in a game that needed an overtime field goal from Dan Bailey to win the game.

Next up for the Cowboys is the Arizona Cardinals and their messy quarterback situation. John Skelton was barely able to stay on the field in Sunday's win over St. Louis as he had an awful performance but managed to not get pulled. But it looks like Kevin Kolb might return from his four-game absence.

If Kolb comes back the Cowboys will have a stiffer challenge, but he hasn't been the god-send of a quarterback that some thought he might have been.

The Cowboys should get some help as well with the return of cornerback Mike Jenkins, who was playing well earlier in the season before being injured in the Philadelphia debacle back on Oct. 30, which was the Cowboys last loss.
