Zych, Lemon Highlight Latest Undrafted Free Agent Signings

The Dallas Cowboys brought another slew of undrafted free agents into the fold on Tuesday night, to add to the nine that were signed earlier in the day. This most recent batch contains a few interesting names, including Harvard safety Collin Zych and Oklahoma State linebacker Orie Lemon.

Zych is a Plano East alum and a 2010 All-Ivy League selection, who attended the team’s “Dallas Day” at Valley Ranch prior to the draft. In his senior year at Harvard, Zych posted 79 tackles and 12 pass deflections.

Lemon, a Houston native, was converted from a quarterback to a linebacker upon arrival in Stillwater, and he soon became a team leader on the defensive side of the ball. Lemon missed the entire 2009 season with a knee injury, but bounced back in 2010 to post 133 tackles (101 solo) en route to All-Big 12 honors.

Also signed by the Cowboys late Tuesday, per ESPN Dallas:

LS Corey Adams, from Kansas State; LB Alex Albright, from Boston College; DE Lamark Armour, from Ole Miss; NT William Bradford, from Northeastern Oklahoma; DE Kennan Mace, from Lindenwood; WR Raymond Radway, from Abilene Christian; RB Phillip Tanner, from Middle Tennessee; and Matangi Tonga, from Houston.
