Ware Plans On Playing With Hyper-Extended Elbow

DeMarcus Ware hasn't practiced all week

DeMarcus Ware was held out of practice both Wednesday and Thursday with a hyper-extended elbow, but says he’ll play against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

It’s good,” Ware said, per the Dallas Morning News. “I’ll just wear a little brace in the game. I’ll be good.”

Ware, who comes into week 15 with 11 sacks and 52 tackles on the season, has yet to miss any time this season despite battling a veritable cornucopia of minor ailments. His presence figures to be big for a defense that’s hurting pretty bad--the unit is down to their third starting nose tackle on the year in Sean Lissemore, without their starting slot corner (Orlando Scandrick), either of their starting middle linebackers, (Sean Lee, Bruce Carter) and starting safety Barry Church.
