Tyrone Crawford Dealing with Strained MCL

Crawford has started all nine games on the season

Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Tyrone Crawford suffered a strained MCL in the loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday afternoon.

Crawford was hurt on the third down play that saw Cardinals’ running back Marion Grice  score a touchdown from one yard out. Owner and general manager Jerry Jones expressed some concern over Crawford’s injury after the game, and added that his injury is more concerning than that of linebacker Rolando McClain.

To what degree, it’s hard to tell,” Jones said, per the Dallas Morning News. “Probably Crawford has a little more to be concerned about. We’ll take a look at that as we go.”

Crawford has started all nine games on the season, and has 20 tackles and a pass defensed.
