Two weeks ago, Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo was a little miffed over how many Houston Texans fans packed AT&T Stadium, effectively removing any semblance of a home-field advantage for the team. It was so bad that Romo had to go to a silent snap count at home for the first time in his career.

On Sunday, with the rival New York Giants in town, there was no issue with the crowd noise. Romo lavished praise on the fans present after the 31-21 victory.

It was outstanding out there,” Romo said, per the Dallas Morning News. “We have such a strong contingent of fans across America, and obviously here they showed up today.

“They were a big part of that win and I think that is going to continue at home. It felt a lot like what Seattle had up there, so that is pretty big.”
