Report: Six Teams Interested in Bill Callahan

Callahan has been the Cowboys offensive coordinator since 2012

Less than 24 hours after the Dallas Cowboys’ season came to an end with a Divisional Round loss in Green Bay, teams seem to be lining up to talk to Dallas assistants.

It’s been reported that defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli could be on his way out, heading to Tampa Bay to reunite with Lovie Smith. Offensive coordinator and offensive line coach Bill Callahan, also a coaching free agent, is drawing some serious interest as well.

Specifically, according to Ed Werder of ESPN, six teams have expressed interest in Callahan.

Callahan joined the Cowboys in 2012. He called plays last season but was relieved of that duty this season, as Scott Linehan stepped into the role.
