Pro Football Weekly Honors Witten, Bryant

Around this time last week, we reported that tight end Jason Witten and rookie receiver Dez Bryant had been named respectively to the Sporting News’ All-Pro and All-Rookie teams; this week, it is Pro Football Weekly and the Pro Football Writers of America dishing out the same honors to the two Cowboys.

Pro Football Weekly and the PFWA compiled their team of all-pros and all-rookies this week, and, as in the Sporting News’ selections, Witten and Bryant serve as the Dallas Cowboys’ only representation.

Bryant finished his rookie season with 45 catches for 561 yards and six touchdowns; he also ran back two punts for touchdowns.

Witten posted 94 catches in 2010, for 1,002 yards and nine touchdowns, en route to his seventh career Pro Bowl selection.
