    Target: Cory Redding, Defensive tackle

2014 stats: 35 tackles, 3.5 sacks in regular season; 9 tackles, 2 sacks in postseason

Redding spent three season with Cowboys defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli while he was in Detroit, so he has ties to the Cowboys, and the team is looking to upgrade and just add depth period in the interior of the defensive line.

The Colts' defensive line wasn't very good, but Redding was a bright spot on the unit as an ageless veteran. He had a solid playoff run and appears to be still capable of being a nice piece for a rebuilding defensive line like Dallas'.

Of course, he is a 34-year-old free agent, so you never know when his performance might fall off the table.
